When you fill out a form
If you contact us, consign a property, register or subscribe to the newsletter, we use that data to help you, move the process forward or send updates only if you authorize it.

We use your portal session and, in some corporate cases, Microsoft sign-in. That lets us recognize your account and keep access secure.
Records for your security
We keep technical access information (such as IP and browser type) in security logs, bids and some email sends, to help prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
Your profile
Name, email, role and related contact data are used to provide the service, manage interest manifestations and comply with the law.

How long we keep it
Personalized recommendations are kept up to 90 days. Proof of your consent is kept for the accountability period required. Contractual and security data are kept as long as the law or contract requires.

You may access, claim, correct, update, erase, object, withdraw or request a copy of your data from the Privacy Center.
How we protect your information
We use access controls, encryption in transit, protection of sensitive identifiers and we only ask for what is needed.
