How we use cookies so the portal works better for you
Why we use cookies
Cookies are small files that help the portal remember useful things: that you signed in, the language you prefer or, if you allow it, which properties interest you. That makes browsing smoother and safer.
Who is responsible
Activos por Colombia S.A.S. (NIT 900.514.213-0), Carrera 51 # 79-34 Floor 5, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia.

What you can allow
These are the options you will see in the cookie notice. Necessary ones are always on; you control the rest.
- Necessary cookies — These are essential for the site to work as expected: security, sign-in, and language. You cannot turn them off because without them we could not deliver the service safely or remember, for example, your cookie choices. We do not use them to track you across other websites. Always on so the site works.
- Preference cookies — They let us remember choices you make so your visit is more comfortable. For example, the language you prefer or search filters you already used, so you do not have to set them again. Only if you allow them.
- Measurement cookies — They help us understand how the portal is used overall (which sections get more visits, whether something breaks). That way we can improve the experience. We look at this information in aggregate, not to identify you personally. Only if you allow them.
- Experience cookies — They help us see how people move through pages (for example, if a button is hard to find) so we can fix issues and make the site clearer. We do not record what you type in fields with personal data. Only if you allow them.
- Recommendations for you — They remember which properties you viewed on this device so we can suggest similar options and make your search more useful. We keep that history for up to 90 days, and you can delete it anytime. Only if you allow them.
- Advertising cookies — They help us measure whether our ads work and, if you allow it, show advertising more related to what interests you. If you turn them off, you can still use the site normally; only how we measure and tailor ads changes. Only if you allow them.
Property recommendations
If you enable recommendations, we anonymously remember which properties you explore so we can suggest similar options. If you later sign in, we may link that history to your account. We keep it for up to 90 days and you can delete it anytime in the Privacy Center.
Improving the experience
If you allow it, we use tools to understand whether something on the site feels confusing (for example, a hard-to-find button). We do not store what you type in forms with personal data.
